Watsons Malaysia has officially launched its biggest-ever member rewards campaign, Watsons Ganjaran Raksasa, (Watsons Giant Rewards) which has set a new milestone by breaking the Malaysia Book of Records for the Highest Rewards Value in a loyalty program.
The campaign features over RM10 million worth of W Rewards dedicated exclusively to its members.
Ganjaran Raksasa represents something big, a fitting symbol of Watsons’ commitment to reward its community of more than 8 million Watsons’ Club members nationwide.
At the core of the campaign, W Rewards allows members to earn and redeem points across dining, travel, lifestyle, health and beauty.

Watsons Malaysia managing director and AS Watson Group Health & Beauty Asia chief operating officer Caryn Loh said that since the launch of Watsons Club membership in 2010, the program has evolved to become Malaysia’s leading and most rewarding health and beauty loyalty program, evolving into a comprehensive lifestyle rewards ecosystem
“This year, Watsons Ganjaran Raksasa brings loyalty to life by delivering over RM10 million in W Rewards across 150 plus brand partners.
“By continuously strengthening the Watsons Club ecosystem, we are building a sustainable rewards platform that drives engagement.
“We are also proud to once again break the Malaysia Book of Records, reaffirming our commitment to rewarding members at scale while creating shared value for our partners,” she said.

Through the W Rewards program on the Watsons app, Watsons Club members can enjoy exclusive savings, earn points on every purchase, and redeem attractive rewards from as little as 10 Watsons points, reinforcing Watsons’ focus on delivering accessible value.
Watsons Club members can maximise their rewards by using W Rewards points as instant discounts to offset purchases both in‑store and online. Selected products can also be redeemed directly in-store with minimal points, allowing members to enjoy immediate benefits seamlessly while shopping.
Watsons Malaysia is expanding its membership club to serve diverse lifestyles and life stages, recently launching a dedicated Watsons 45+ Members Club and Watsons Mum’s Club to support mature adults through wellness-focused benefits.

The event also officially introduced the Watsons Student Club, as part of the “Watsons Ganjaran Raksasa” campaign, specifically targeting young customers aged 21 and below, providing tailored rewards and savings for students on health and beauty products.
Members of the Student Club can enjoy 10x points on their first purchase of the day every Tuesday, with no minimum spend.
Caryn said the initiative follows a 16-year evolution of the Watsons loyalty programme, which has aimed to remain relevant at every stage of customers’ lives.
“We truly value the loyalty of customers who have been with us over the years, and the Watsons Student Club is another step in the hope of engaging them early and building lifelong relationships with the next generation of Watsons members,” she added.

During the campaign period, new Watsons Club members can sign up to receive a welcome package that includes a RM5 Watsons Brand Voucher, a limited-edition “Ganjaran Raksasa” Giant Bag, and a card pack of online and offline vouchers worth up to RM300.
To celebrate the milestone, Watsons Malaysia is hosting a special “Ganjaran Raksasa” activation from April 14 to 19, 2026, operating daily from 10am to 10pm at Lot 10 Premier Terrace, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
As part of the campaign, shoppers can enjoy 60% off the second product and exclusive member prices from March 21 to April 22, 2026.
The “Ganjaran Raksasa” campaign is available nationwide at all Watsons stores and on the Watsons App.
