The Curve, Mutiara Damansara in Petaling Jaya celebrates Deepavali 2026 with its campaign, “The Golden Legacy,” running from now until Nov 15.
The campaign focusses on honouring family stories, cultural heritage and shared moments that keep Deepavali traditions alive across generations.
The mall’s centre court has been transformed into a celebration of Indian heritage, with a grand golden diya taking centre stage, symbolising the light, blessings and traditions passed down from one generation to the next.
The festive installation features a magnificent elephant centrepiece, symbolising wisdom, strength, prosperity and good fortune; a kolam display, vibrant hanging garlands and traditional Indian Deepavali lanterns, bringing together rich cultural elements to create a warm, colourful and inviting festive atmosphere.

The Curve general manager Elaine Liew said that Deepavali is a time to come together, celebrate cultural heritage and share in the joy of the festive season, emphasizing that shared traditions create meaningful memories and inspire future generations.
“Through The Golden Legacy, we hope to bring these traditions closer to our community by creating opportunities for families to connect, learn and celebrate together.
“We believe that when traditions are shared and experienced together, they become meaningful memories that continue to inspire future generations,” she said.
Beyond the festive installation, the Curve brings the meaning of “The Golden Legacy” to life through activations such as the “Light the Legacy” online game where families can create and design colorful kolam online.
