Suria KLCC’s Centre Court transforms into a royal Indian Palace Courtyard for Deepavali from Oct 23 to Nov 11, 2026.

This Deepavali 2026, the Suria KLCC Group is celebrating the Festival of Lights with a “royal Deepavali” theme across three malls: Suria KLCC, Alamanda Shopping Centre and Mesra Mall.

From Oct 23 to Nov 11, Suria KLCC’s Centre Court has been transformed into an Indian Palace Courtyard inspired by traditional royal Indian architecture, giving visitors the sense of stepping into a majestic palace.

A pair of 10-foot peacocks frame the grand archway at the entrance, while a striking LED screen with water features adds to the festive setting.

Festive dance performances will take centre stage in the courtyard on November 1, 7 and 8, bringing the space to life with rhythmic footwork and expressive gestures.

Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd executive director and chief executive officer Francis Tan said Deepavali in Malaysia centers on the traditional open house, symbolizing hospitality, community unity, and sharing food with everyone.

“That’s the feeling we wanted to bring into our malls.

“A palace courtyard is where guests are received, so we’ve built one for our shoppers and visitors – somewhere to catch a festive dance performance, decorate a kolam tart or take that family photo, before sharing a meal at one of our many restaurants and cafes or heading home to celebrate.

“Whether you’re with us at Suria KLCC, Alamanda or Mesra Mall, we want you to feel like an honoured guest,” he said.
