Over 725 homeowners in the Tropicana Aman township are celebrating after receiving keys to their new apartments from developer Tropicana Corporation Berhad following the completion of its urban homes, Aman 1.
To mark the momentous occasion, the happy homeowners were presented with handover gifts before being shown around the facilities surrounding the award-winning township and finally escorted to their new home to go through proper VP handover processes.
New homeowner Mohd Nizam and wife Atiqah said they found out about the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) program initiated by the government, and decided that this is the right time to buy the unit at Tropicana Aman 1.
“We also hear Tropicana offers safety, security, a central park and a recreational hub. Tropicana Aman 1 is also very affordably priced,” said Nizam.
For newlyweds Ari and Mei Ling, they bought the new home to start their new married life.
“We just got married and this is for our own stay. The main thing we selected this is because of the green environment. We are also satisfied with all the facilities and the main thing is the central park,” said Ari.
Tropicana marketing and sales managing director Joanne Lee extended her appreciation to the homeowners for their support and revealed that there are limited units available.
“We are pleased to welcome our homebuyers to our Tropicana community and to ensure that they get seamless support, they can contact us anytime through our one-stop platform Tropicana 360 app.
“From the app, homeowners can manage their billing statements, report defects or other property-related issues, and even book the facilities. It is a real pleasure to see our homeowners settled into their new homes and we are glad to receive such good feedback.” she said.
She said buyers who missed out can still get these completed units under the Tropicana FreeDOM campaign.
