The Curve in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya is hosting the inaugural Malaysia Choco Fest, celebrating the nation’s rich cocoa heritage taking place from June 25 to 28, 2026.
Held in collaboration with the Lembaga Koko Malaysia(LKM), Cadbury Dairy Milk Malaysia and Tourism Selangor, the four-day event offers interactive “bean-to-bar” experiences, a 20-vendor chocolate marketplace showcasing local cocoa products, dessert stalls and over RM10,000 in prizes.

Moving far beyond a standard food fair, it provides visitors with a highly immersive, hands-on journey through Malaysia’s rich cocoa heritage.
With guidance from LKM experts, guests can uncover every stage of the cocoa production – from farm cultivation and sustainable processing to the final chocolate treats.

“Chocolate has always been associated with moments of happiness and togetherness. This makes it the perfect way to bring the community together, giving children, parents, families, and friends a space to bond while discovering something new,” said the Curve general manger Elaine Liew.
“The Malaysia Choco Fest is part of our effort to offer more meaningful experiences for our shoppers, where every visit becomes an opportunity to learn whilst creating memorable moments together,” added Liew.

The festival transforms key areas of the Curve into immersive chocolate-themed zones, with the Centre Court becoming the Choco Pavilion, the Street area reimagined as Choco Dessert Lane, and the Piazza transformed into the Choco Factory.

Other key experiential areas include the Artisan Zone, Kids’ Corner, Sampling Area and Chocolate Exhibition, each thoughtfully designed to provide engaging experiences that celebrate the creativity, craftsmanship and enjoyment of chocolate.

Families can also enjoy special appearances by Professor Koko, the official mascot of the Malaysia Choco Fest.
Guests can look forward to an exciting line-up of chocolate-inspired activities, including interactive games, hands-on workshops, live chocolate-making demonstrations and Chocolate Fantasy Runway Challenge by Malaysia Association of Ethical Designers (MAEFD), offering visitors the chance to unleash their creativity.

The Curve is giving away 100 daily goodie bags to registered shoppers, along with “Golden Ticket” draws offering up to RM10,000 in prizes, including a MacBook Neo, Instax Mini, microwave and fridge.
The festival reflects the Curve’s continued commitment to creating meaningful lifestyle experiences that bring people together beyond shopping. Through a blend of education, entertainment, and discovery, the Malaysia Choco Fest provides families with an opportunity to connect and create lasting memories through a shared appreciation for chocolate.
