Malaysian beauty Melisha Lin will represent country at Miss Supranational 2022 pageant

Miss Supranational Malaysia 2022 Melisha Lin is all set to represent the country at Miss Supranational 2022 world finals in Poland on July 15.

The 24-year-old freelance host, model and mentor was crowned Miss Supranational Malaysia 2022 in a crowning ceremony held at The House of Ceres, Kuala Lumpur on June 17.

Melisha was crowned by Miss Supranational Malaysia 2018 winner Sanjna Suri whose reign was extended to three years as the pageant got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The crown is sponsored by Ceres Jewels.

Melisha who stands 177 cm (5’ 10”) tall won the Miss Supranational Malaysia 2022 in her second try.

She holds a degree in marketing management from the University of Greenwich, UK.

Taking to Instagram after the winner’s announcement and crowning, Melisha wrote, “It’s a dream come true for me.

“I’m truly honoured to carry our Malaysian flag to Poland.

“One thing I hereby promise each and every one of you is that I will do better than my very best in Poland to make Malaysia proud.”

She also thanked the pageant for the opportunity and everyone for their support.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all who have inspired me one way or another. I wouldn’t be here without your support,” she said.
