Harvey Norman officially opened its 41st store in Malaysia on Sept 25, 2026 at Coalfields Retail Park in Bandar Seri Coalfields, Sungai Buloh, Selangor, offering a wide range of home and modern living appliances.
The grand opening was officiated by Harvey Norman Singapore and Malaysia managing director Bernice Kwok and Harvey Norman Malaysia chief operating officer Jonathan Toh, alongside the management team.
Joining the celebration were Mohammad Faisal Ismail, representative of Datuk Seri Dr Haji Dzulkefly Ahmad, Minister of Health and Member of Parliament of Kuala Selangor; and KLK Land Sdn Bhd managing director Lee Wen Lin.
In her speech, Kwok said that Sungai Buloh was selected due to the area’s growth potential, particularly as more families choose Bandar Seri Coalfields as their place of residence.
“As more families choose to make this township their home, the opening of our 41st store at Coalfields Retail Park reflects Harvey Norman’s commitment to serving this growing community.
“We are proud to offer a one stop destination for technology, home appliances, furniture and bedding, bringing together trusted brands, innovative products and expert advice under one roof,” she said.
Some of the latest Harvey Norman’s furniture offerings include robot vacuum-friendly recliner sofas and their first fully customisable dining collection.
To mark its grand opening, customers can enjoy exclusive promotions and activities from Sept 25 to 27, including special Happy Hour offers at 4pm and 7pm daily.
Customers who spend RM300 or more in a single transaction also have the chance to participate in a RM1 lucky draw featuring prizes worth over RM15,000, in addition to an instant gift promotion.
Visitors can also enjoy live demonstrations from leading brands including Electrolux, LG, Panasonic, Philips and Teka, providing hands-on experiences with the latest innovations in cooking, food preparation and home coffee brewing.
