Jetour Malaysia has officially launched the Jetour T2 i-DM as a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) priced at RM162,800.
The launch was held in conjunction with the Malaysia Sarong Music Run 2026 on the main stage at KLCC on September 19, 2026.
The T2 i-DM features 1.5-litre TGDi turbocharged petrol dedicated hybrid engine, 3-speed dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT) and dual-motor electric configuration driving the front wheels, offering up to 1,200km of combined driving range and over 100km of pure electric driving range.
Powered by Jetour’s Intelligent Dual-Mode (i-DM) hybrid system, the T2 i-DM delivers up to 265kW and 610Nm of combined output, while retaining the rugged styling, advanced technology and adventure-focused character of the Jetour T2.

The T2 i-DM adapts to diverse mobility needs through its Intelligent Dual-Mode (i-DM) hybrid system, which blends electric and fuel power with five distinct operating modes for city drives, long trips and outdoor activities.
These modes are designed to optimize efficiency, performance, and energy recovery across different driving conditions: EV Drive for residential and low-speed driving, Series Hybrid for urban traffic, Dual Power Boost for overtaking and hill climbing, Parallel Hybrid for highway cruising, and Regenerative Braking to recover energy during braking and downhill driving.
The vehicle is equipped with an 18.4 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, featuring IP68 water and dust protection, a high-strength casing with underbody protection, high-temperature resistance and rapid high-voltage power cut-off. It also supports up to 3.3kW Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability for powering compatible external devices.
Key features include a 15.6-inch multimedia display, Sony 12-speaker audio, ventilated seats, 20-inch alloy wheels, and a Level 2 Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS).
Ownership is further supported by a 7-year or 150,000km vehicle warranty, an 8-year or 160,000km high-voltage battery warranty, a 10-year or 1,000,000 km engine warranty, and five times free service sessions, whichever comes first.
The Jetour Insurance Programme covers a 7kW AC wallbox charger up to RM5,000 and provides up to RM50,000 in third-party personal liability for bodily injury, death or property damage tied to operating the EV charger.
In conjunction with the launch, the Special Perils Coverage will be offered as a lauch campaign for the first 2,000 registered owners or until Feb 28, 2027, whichever comes first.
