Originating from Shunde in Guangdong, the “Double Skin Milk” was said to have been created by a hardworking cattle farmer who was looking for the best way to store his unsold buffalo milk. After several trials, he finally turned his unsold buffalo milk into a rich custard-like texture while maintaining its fresh taste.
