The fourth edition of the ‘MR D.I.Y. x P&G Beli & Menang’ contest which ran nationwide from Oct 1 – 31, 2021 announced the grand prize winner.
A 29-year old sales assistant Nurul Salmie Hanafi from Pantai Dalam, Kuala Lumpur won the first prize of a smart cooker Thermomix TM6 in a joint contest organized by home improvement retailer MR DIY and consumer goods company Procter & Gamble Sdn Bhd (P&G).
Nurul said she has participated in the contest a few times but this is her first time winning.
“It’s my dream to own a Thermomix and I look forward to cooking amazing dishes for my family with it. At the moment, the prize is still sealed in the box and I can’t wait to get started,” she said.
In announcing the winners, MR D.I.Y. group head of marketing Alex Goh said the company continuously look for new ways to excite and reward its customers.
“This is the fourth time we partnered with P&G to stage this ‘Beli & Menang’ contest, each time with bigger and better prizes. We look forward to many more,” he said.
The contest saw more than 500 lucky customers walk away with prizes worth over RM80,000.
Three second prize winners won an iPhone 13 Pro each, while the three third prize winners each received a 55-inch 4K Ultra HD smart television. Three fourth prize winners took home a TTRacing SWIFT Gaming Chair each, while another 500 lucky shoppers were each awarded consolation prize of RM100 in cash vouchers to be used for purchase of items at MR DIY and MR DOLLAR stores.
The fifth edition of the ‘MR DIY x P&G Beli & Menang’ contest is currently running from Jan 15 to Feb 28, 2022.
