The Watsons Biggest Health & Beauty Expo 2026 is taking place from September 17 to 20, 2026, at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

The four-day event features over 200 health, skincare, beauty, personal care, health, and wellness brands, more rewards and savings of up to 70% under one roof.

The expo reflects the growing demand among Malaysian consumers for experiential retail experiences over simple traditional shopping, offering immersive experiences, direct brand engagement and curated lifestyle solutions.

Caryn Loh delivers her opening speech highlighting consumer shifts toward immersive retail experiences at the launch of the Watsons Biggest Health & Beauty Expo 2026.

AS Watson Group regional managing director for Health & Beauty Asia and Watsons International regional exclusives director Caryn Loh said that Watsons continually adapts to evolving customer needs and expectations, extending beyond conventional retail.

“Today’s consumers are seeking more than products, they are looking for meaningful experiences, trusted expertise, and personalised solutions.

“The Watsons Biggest Health & Beauty Expo brings these elements together, creating an engaging platform where customers can discover the latest innovations while strengthening connections with the brands they love,” she said.

The four-day event features over 200 health and beauty brands, discounts up to 70%, and the debut of the dedicated Skin Comfort Lab derma care zone.

A key highlight of this year’s expo is the debut of the Skin Comfort Lab, an experiential skincare zone featuring more than 40 skincare brands, offering the latest skincare products, expert consultations, personalized recommendations and five curated pillars: Renew, Shield, Calm, Bounce and Guard, to help consumers find solutions tailored to their individual skin needs.

The Renew (Repair) focuses on skin recovery and restoration; Shield (Barrier) dedicated moisture to replenishment and hydration retention; Calm (Comfort) offers soothing solutions for sensitive and irritated skin; while Bounce (Glow) targets skin elasticity and radiance.

Meanwhile, Guard (Defence) addresses dullness and uneven skin tone, helping consumers maintain a bright, resilient complexion.

Shoppers enjoyed savings of up to 70% off, app-exclusive gifts, and contest entries like “Win Home” with a minimum spend of RM50.

Beyond the expo, Watsons’ ongoing Ganjaran Raksasa campaign offers Watsons Cub members the opportunity to win a home.

Running from Aug 27 to Oct 21, 2026, the campaign will see one lucky Watsons Club member win a residence at Skyria D’Island Residence, Puchong, developed by LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS), with a minimum spend of RM50 in-store or online using any Visa card.

The modern residence features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with lifestyle amenities, including an infinity pool, playground, BBQ pit and multi-sports courts.

At the Skin Comfort Lab, customers can receive an instant RM13 discount with a minimum spend of RM130 and receive a free Cloud tote bag with a minimum spend of RM188.

Members can also receive a range of exclusive rewards throughout the expo, including a free Visa tote bag and Gaabor rice cooker with a minimum spend.

Members who spend RM200 or more using Visa Mobile Payment will also receive a RM10 Watsons Cash Voucher.
