MIAPEX 2026 returns for its sixth edition Oct 23-25 at MIECC

The Malaysia International Automotive & Parts Expo (MIAPEX) 2026 returns for its 6th edition from Oct 23–25, 2026 at the Malaysia International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC), The Mines, in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Organised by AsiaAuto Venture Sdn Bhd, the event bridges trade professionals and consumers using the “B2B by Industry, B2C by Experience” approach, bringing together a dynamic mix of B2B and B2C activities across the automotive ecosystem.

The B2B by Industry focuses on trade professionals, suppliers and industry growth. On the B2C side, this format offers entertainment and shopping for car owners, families and fans.

The expo is aimed at bringing the automotive industry (manufacturers, technology, B2B commerce) and automotive lifestyle (car culture, motorsports, enthusiasts, design) together under one roof, creating an inclusive environment that welcomes everyday enthusiasts and industry professionals alike.

The expo will feature about 350 local and global exhibitors from countries and territories like Japan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, Germany, Austria, and Indonesia, showcasing diagnostic tools, workshop solutions, and parts and reinforcing Malaysia’s growing role as a strategic gateway connecting the international automotive industry with the ASEAN market.

Jet Ong, organising chairman of MIAPEX 2026, said the sixth edition represents the continued evolution of MIAPEX from a conventional automotive parts exhibition into a broader industry and consumer platform.

“MIAPEX has evolved beyond a traditional automotive parts exhibition. As we enter our 6th edition, our vision is very clear: B2B by Industry, B2C by Experience.

“On the business side, we want MIAPEX to be a platform where Malaysian and international automotive companies can meet, source, trade, discover new technologies and create new business opportunities.

“At the same time, we want the public to experience the excitement of the automotive world,” he said during a press conference announcing the expo at MIECC on Sept 15, 2026.

“Our message to Malaysia is simple: Come and experience MIAPEX. Entrance is free, and everyone is welcome,” he added.

The B2B segment will feature the Asia Automotive Repair Expert (AARE) Convention scheduled for Oct 25, focusing on EV/hybrid car repair safety, technical advancements and workshop certifications; and the ASEAN Logistics & Transportation Conference scheduled for Oct 23-24, covering green EV fleets, AI adoption, cross-border logistics and government policies.

It will have dedicated zones for high-level networking, B2B trade buyers, car workshops, automotive manufacturers and component suppliers, creating opportunities for sourcing, business matching, product discovery, distributorships and cross-border partnerships.

Meanwhile, the B2C experiential section will feature the debut of the Philippines’ Bumper2Bumper International Car Show, featuring regional custom builds, car club showcases and a high-octane arena competition.

Other highlights include the Malaysia Toy Car Expo featuring die-cast models, RC cars, and Tamiya Mini 4WD; FoneRewards & JPM Museo Roadshow featuring rare and unique collections; the “Raja and Ratu Tukar Tayar” tyre-changing championship; car club gatherings; mega sales; and lucky draws prizes worth up to RM20,000.
