
Pos Malaysia Berhad has launched a special stamp issue in conjunction with Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026) campaign, highlighting the nation’s rich cultural diversity, iconic destinations and spirit of unity.
The collection was unveiled at the historic Pejabat Pos Besar Lama, Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad in Kuala Lumpur on June 8, 2026.

The Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Chiew Choon Man represented the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Dato’ Sri Tiong King Sing at the launching ceremony.

The exclusive set features the campaign’s sun bear mascots, Wira and Manja, along with iconic landmarks and cultural icons from all 14 Malaysian states.

The designs include highlights such as Gua Kelam (Perlis), Langkawi Island (Kedah), Penang Hill (Penang), Wau Bulan (Kelantan), Terengganu State Museum (Terengganu), Cameron Highlands (Pahang), the Leaning Tower of Teluk Intan (Perak), Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad and the Petronas Twin Towers (Kuala Lumpur), Bukit Melawati (Selangor), the Old Palace of Seri Menanti (Negeri Sembilan), A’ Famosa (Melaka), Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque (Johor), the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly and Rhinoceros Hornbill (Sarawak), as well as Sigah and the Proboscis Monkey (Sabah).

Collectively, the designs highlight Malaysia’s blend of heritage, culture and natural beauty, reinforcing the campaign’s message of unity and diversity while inspiring both locals and international visitors to explore what makes Malaysia truly unique.

The stamp issue incorporates enhanced finishing techniques, including die-cut elements, heart-shaped perforations on the miniature sheet and spot UV finishing to accentuate key design features.
The miniature sheet also features Wira and Manja, the VM2026 campaign mascots, inspired by the Malayan Sun Bear which symbolises the nation’s rich biodiversity and ongoing commitment to wildlife conservation.
The complete folder set is priced at RM62.60, and consists of two se-tenant stamp sets featuring four designs (priced at RM0.50 and RM1.30 respectively), a miniature sheet, a First Day Cover with stamps and a First Day Cover with the miniature sheet, two postcards and an official commemorative folder.
In addition, two postcard designs are also available at RM2.50 each, as part of the VM2026 issue.
In conjunction with the release, customers may also enjoy a special VM2026 stamp available at 13 General Post Offices nationwide and Pejabat Pos Kangar, Perlis.
Visitors can collect the stamp for use on a variety of items, including stamp passports, postcards and journals, creating a memorable keepsake of their journey.
All products are available from June 8, 2026 at 90 Philatelic Bureaus nationwide, including 13 General Post Offices, selected post offices and the Pos Malaysia online store at www.pos.com.my/shop, while stocks last.
By combining travel with stamp collecting and philately, the initiative offers another way to encourage tourism while inviting people to discover the beauty of stamps and Malaysia’s rich cultural and destination stories through a uniquely personal experience.
The VM2026 campaign represents a national effort to position Malaysia as an inclusive and culturally rich destination for global travellers.
Through the stamp release, Pos Malaysia continues its long-standing tradition of telling Malaysia’s story through philately and connecting people, cultures and experiences across borders, while bringing Malaysia’s stories to a global audience.
