This Ramadan, Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur invites guests to break their fast in truly Malaysian style with “Berbuka Selera di Dapur Imperial”, a curated buffet dinner at Roselle Coffee House that celebrates heritage flavours elevated by contemporary urban elegance.

The Berbuka Selera di Dapur Imperial buffet will be available from February 25 to March 12, 2026, between 6.30 pm and 10 pm for RM238 nett per adult, RM168 nett per senior citizen (60 years and above) and RM128 nett per child (7 to 12 years).

The buffet features over 100 curated dishes presented through a daily rotating menu, blending refined sophistication with traditional favourites, regional specialties and international delights, ensuring a fresh and exciting dining experience every evening.

Set within the elegant ambience of Roselle Coffee House, diners are invited on a culinary journey that honours Malaysia’s rich gastronomic heritage while reimagining it through a modern lens.

Every dish reflects a balance of comfort, craftsmanship and indulgence, making it an ideal setting to celebrate the spirit of togetherness during the holy month.

The buffet showcases signature Malaysian heritage dishes such as Sup Gear Box, Daging Rendang Tok, Kambing Kuzi, Udang Harimau Sambal, Ikan Tilapia Asam Pedas, Pucuk Paku Goreng Cili, Satay Kajang Ayam & Daging with Nasi Impit and Bubur Lambuk served with classic condiments – each reflecting the depth and richness of local culinary traditions.

Complementing these time-honoured favourites is a generous Seafood on Iceselection featuring baby lobsters, tiger prawns, scallops and flower crabs; alongside a fresh Sashimi and Sushicounter offering salmon, tuna, maki rolls and nigiri.
