PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn Bhd (PNBMV) has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 certification, an international standard for quality management systems.
The certification strengthens how the group operates, delivers services and supports the development of the world-class Merdeka 118 precinct.
The certification was presented by SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Ts Md Adha Bin Katni @ Rahmat during an ISO 9001:2015 certificate ceremony at Menara Merdeka 118.
PNB Merdeka Ventures chief executive officer Dato’ Tengku Ab. Aziz Tengku Mahmud said the internationally recognised certification reflects the group’s commitment to building strong and consistent processes, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
“It demonstrates our dedication to delivering quality outcomes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening operational efficiency.
“This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and teamwork of our people in aligning our practices with global best standards,” he said.
