Hektar Asset Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust (Hektar REIT) has unveiled its inaugural “A Very Snowy Christmas” celebrations at Subang Parade in Subang Jaya.
The festive campaign brings an unparalleled holiday experience to visitors, combining dazzling decorations, magical snowfall and the debut of new tenants to create a vibrant, enchanting environment.
The mall has been transformed into a dazzling winter wonderland, promising joy and wonder for families and friends.
This year’s theme, “A Very Snowy Christmas”, will be consistently featured across all of Hektar REIT’s six malls and a hotel.
However, Subang Parade takes centre stage filled with unique festive offerings, including a 12-foot Christmas Tree located at the West End Concourse Level, drawing visitors with its grand design and dazzling lights.
Adding to the festive charm are enchanting settings featuring Santa and his family, a polar bear and a sleigh, offering visitors perfect photo opportunities and creating an immersive Christmas experience.
Adding to the enchantment, Subang Parade will feature magical snowfall sessions, taking place on select dates in December. Prepare to be delighted as fluffy snowflake cascades from above twice daily at 12:30 pm and 7:00 pm, lasting 10-15 minutes each time. Visitors can mark their calendars for the snowfall dates: Dec 14-15, 21-22, 24-26 and 28-29.
In addition to the festive celebrations, Subang Parade is progressively welcoming several new tenants that will further enrich its vibrant retail, dining and lifestyle offerings.
Among the highlights are Mokky’s Pizza and Mica, which are now open, followed by new additions like Chan Rak BBQ and The Farm in January 2025, as well as Lil Ninja’s Dojo in March 2025.
Adding to the vibrant tenant mix is Game On, an indoor theme park featuring a pool, mini-golf section, table games, karaoke rooms and a skating area, which has opened on Nov 19, 2024.
These new outlets reflect Subang Parade’s commitment to enhancing its offerings and providing multigenerational visitors with a diverse range of dining and lifestyle experiences.
