Tropicana’s Multi-Million Mania campaign a success, secures RM524.2mil in property bookings

Tropicana Corporation Berhad announced that its Multi-Million Mania campaign held from Jan 21 to June 17 this year proved a resounding success, with RM524.2 mil in property bookings and RM10.7 mil in retail sales generated.

The long-running campaign attracted over 5,600 participants and concluded with a Grand Draw, held at Tropicana Gardens Mall, Petaling Jaya on July 6.

One lucky winner Ho Lee See won the Grand Prize of an Edelweiss Small Office Flexible Office (SOFO) unit at Tropicana Gardens worth RM519,000.

“I was getting ready to drive home when I got the call. I’ve never won a lucky draw before, so I couldn’t believe it and was so happy to hear that I really won. I’d like to say thank you so much to Tropicana for my new unit at Edelweiss SOFO, Tropicana Gardens,” said Ho who purchased a unit of TwinPines Serviced Suites at Tropicana Grandhill, Genting Highlands.

A proxy representative accepted the prize on behalf of winner Ho Lee See who was notified of her success via video call.

Tropicana and Tropicana Gardens Mall group assets management managing director Andrew Ashvin said the group was overwhelmed by the positive response to its Multi-Million Mania campaign which was launched as a way of giving back to its customers, Tropicana community and property purchasers.

“The campaign, in conjunction with our focus on creating memorable experiences for shoppers, has driven a surge in footfall to Tropicana Gardens Mall. Daily footfall has increased a tremendous 241%, from 7,445 visitors daily in October 2021 to 17,995 visitors per day in June 2022, underscoring the impact of our focus on Redefining the art of shopping,” he said.

The Multi-Million Mania campaign qualified purchasers to the Grand Draw with every purchase of any Tropicana properties in Gemala Residences in Tropicana Aman, TwinPines Serviced Suites in Tropicana Grandhill and SouthPlace Residences in Tropicana Metropark.

The campaign also rewarded shoppers at Tropicana Gardens Mall with daily prizes, as well as a chance at the Grand Prize when they spent RM100 or more and met the conditions.

Edelweiss SOFO is the final tower of the award-winning 17.6 acres Tropicana Gardens integrated development, located at Tropicana Indah, Kota Damansara in Petaling Jaya. It is situated within the Tropicana Gardens Mall which offers a wide range of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
