AVM Cloud named as VMware by Broadcom’s Premier VCSP Partner

AVM Cloud, a leading cloud solution provider in Malaysia, has announced its latest milestone as a Premier Partner with VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP).

As an affiliate of Integrated Global Solutions (IGS) and a subsidiary of internet service provider Time dotCom Bhd, this recognition reaffirmed AVM’s unwavering commitment to delivering robust cloud services and top-tier customer satisfaction, aligning with VMware by Broadcom’s streamlined selection process for highly acclaimed partners.

The recognition also strengthens AVM’s position in the Malaysian market, highlighting its advanced VMware capabilities as VMware by Broadcom’s sole partner that boasts six Master Services Competencies, which are designations earned from demonstrating outstanding customer support and high-level service capabilities.

“AVM Cloud’s long-standing track record of success stems from our exceptional standards and the recognition by VMware by Broadcom empowers us to continue to deliver unparalleled services to our customers,” said AVM Cloud Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Kenny Lim.

Partners of the VCSP programme must meet stringent criteria to ensure they possess the expertise and have an excellent track record of delivering superior cloud services.

In November 2023, Broadcom completed its acquisition of VMware, adding changes to VMware products. These changes include the VMware by Broadcom VCSP programme that is designed to identify and support leading cloud service providers who offer best-in-class solutions built on VMware by Broadcom technology. Partners of the VCSP programme must meet stringent criteria to ensure they possess the expertise and have an excellent track record of delivering superior cloud services.

Broadcom’s post-acquisition strategy is focused on collaborating with its partners to drive adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation as the premier private cloud platform, driving business transformation and elevating customer value.

Key highlights of the VCSP programme include a consistent VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) experience across all partners and collaborative go-to-market strategies between Broadcom and VCSP partners.

In line with its revamped strategy, Broadcom introduced new tiers and benefits aimed at nurturing partner growth and success. Its Advantage Partner Program provides partners such as AVM with new revenue opportunities by enabling businesses to leverage VCF into their solutions.

“We remain unwavering in our commitment to innovation in our products and services,” added Kenny Lim. “With Broadcom’s support, we are confident in our ability to deliver the best possible cloud solutions for our customers, and new enhancements and solutions will be introduced seamlessly to further elevate their experience.”

AVM has consistently received numerous accolades from VMware since 2018, including the prestigious title of Malaysia’s Cloud Services Provider of the Year for 2023, and the momentum continued in 2024.
