118 Mall, located at the Merdeka 118 precinct in Kuala Lumpur, is set to open its doors this August 2026.

Owned and managed by PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn Bhd (PNBMV), the new retail and lifestyle destination is positioned at the base of Merdeka 118, the world’s second-tallest building.

The seven-storey, 1.4 million-square-foot mall is now in its final stages of transformation, with the first wave of tenants already begun interior fit-outs.

More than 70% of the mall’s 300 retail outlets are already committed, featuring international flagships, premium lifestyle brands and homegrown names like Kenny Hills Cafe, ZUS Coffee, Oriental Kopi, Dolly DimSum, Skechers, Decathlon, Habib Jewels, Coach, Hackett London, Asics, LiNing, Village Grocer and SOGO118.

A new-to-market Matcha bar is set to open as part of the SOGO118 department store, featuring a modern, youth-focused and curated mix of East Asian beauty and wellness brands, including labels from Korea, Japan and China.

In addition, a 20,000 sq ft event space called “The Atmosphere” on Level 4, topped by an 88m glass dome, is designed to host public events, activities and performances.

PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Ir Ts Izwan Hasli Ibrahim said Merdeka 118 is establishing itself as a global precinct and one of Kuala Lumpur’s most exciting new destinations, combining retail, hospitality, culture, community and landmark attractions within one iconic address.

He added, “With over 70% of our retail space already committed, we are excited to contribute to the ‘Visit Malaysia 2026’ calendar by offering a world-class experience.”
