Wyeth Nutrition S-26 Gold Progress is celebrating 50 years of brain research with an interactive showcase at the S-26 Gold Progress booth inside the TCE Baby Expo at Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur running from July 2–5, 2026.
The activation features expert sharing sessions, parenting conversations and an exclusive Brain Visualizer that highlights real-time brain development (myelination) as children play, as well as a personalized brain milestone report detailing their strongest traits.

S-26 Gold Progress is a premium growing-up milk powder designed specifically for toddlers aged 1 to 3.
The interactive experience helps parents better understand how a child’s brain forms neural connections, the role of nutrition, learning and responsive daily interactions in supporting child brain development.

The activation focuses on myelination, showcasing how ingredients like DHA and Sphingomyelin work together to accelerate brain connections up to 10x faster.
Both DHA and Sphingomyelin are key ingredients in S-26 Gold Progress designed to support this rapid neural communication, promoting healthy brain development, cognitive focus, and learning.

“For Over 50 years, Wyeth Nutrition has been advancing the understanding of children’s brain development through science and research.
“As we celebrate this milestone, we want to help parents better understand what science means for their own children,” said Wyeth Nutrition Malaysia business executive officer Yeoh She Shiang.
“The Brain Visualiser allows parents to see concepts that are often difficult to explain and brings decades of brain research to life in a meaningful and engaging way,” added Yeoh.

Wyeth Nutrition S26 Gold Progress brand manager Kristin Kan shared the brand’s commitment to advancing brain research and showcasing the proprietary Brain Visualiser, which helps parents better understand brain development through an interactive experience

At the sharing session, consultant paediatrician Dr Ryan Ng at 123 Child Specialist Clinic, highlighted that the first 1,000 days of a child’s life is a critical period where the brain develops faster than at any other time.
He said that myelination helps the brain process information more efficiently, stressing that parents should focus on everyday quality moments such as talking, reading and playing in building strong brain connections.
Dr Ryan also highlighted the importance of providing children with a strong foundation through nutrition, stimulation and a nurturing environment.
“Brain development is shaped by a combination of factors. Right nutrition provides the building blocks for developing strong brain connections, while everyday interactions and learning experiences help strengthen these connections that allow children to think, learn and adapt. These elements work together to help children reach their unique potential,” he said.

Momfluencers Karen Kho and Yee Fei also shared their candid, real-life parenting journeys. Their discussions highlighted the challenges parents face today, the importance of recognising children’s unique strengths, and the small everyday connections that contribute to growth and development.
Over the past five decades, Wyeth Nutrition has focused on the role of early life nutrition in building brain connections. Their research indicates that specialized nutrients support the myelination process. This process creates faster neural pathways, enabling children to process information and learn more quickly. This scientific understanding forms the inspiration behind the “10x Faster Brain Connection” message for S-26 Gold Progress.
Early childhood experiences shape a child’s brain architecture. During these formative years, proper nutrition and stimulation fuel rapid brain development, constructing a strong foundation for future learning
Guided by this commitment to advancing brain science, Wyeth Nutrition provides ongoing research and educational resources to support parents in nurturing their children’s exceptional minds.
Backed by over 50 years of brain research, Wyeth Nutrition remains committed to translating scientific discoveries into nutritional innovations, like S-26 Gold Progress, that support children’s growing brains, helping establish the strong foundations needed to Think Quick, Learn Fast, with 10x faster brain connection and nurture exceptional minds.
