Tropicana Corp Bhd will host Tropicana go-go-FIT Cycle at Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam on August 28, 2022 in conjunction with the Merdeka month.
The fifth iteration of the property developer group’s signature cycling event returns with a 20km fun ride around Tropicana Aman’s 85 acres Central Park, as well as an 80km elite ride to Morib Beach and back.
Tropicana’s marketing and sales senior managing director Joanne Lee said the initiative underscores the group’s commitment to redefining the arts of healthy living and caring.
“As a homegrown Malaysian brand, we want to celebrate the unique traits that make us a true community. Tropicana go-go-FIT cycle brings people from all walks of life together to foster healthy lifestyles while having fun in the sun. Families can also look forward to a carnival and exciting activities to enjoy,” she said.
Lee said Tropicana Foundation, the charity arm of the group, will also give back to the community with the donation of essential food and care packs to the underprivileged in Kota Kemuning.
The 20km fun ride is open to all bicycle types, while the 80km challenge ride is open for road bikes only.
Tickets are priced at RM45 and RM88 respectively.
Race kits can be collected from the Tropicana Aman Property Gallery from August 27, 2022 onwards, with bibs to be collected on August 28, 2022.
Visitors can also opt to rent a bicycle to experience the Central Park’s 7km bike trail.
