Property developer Tropicana Corp Bhd recently delivered vacant possession (VP) of two completed properties – Dalia Residences at Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning and Paisley Serviced Residences at Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya – to over 650 homeowners.
Joanne Lee, Tropicana Corp managing director of marketing and sales said the company is delighted to have handed over the keys to homebuyers in the newly completed Dalia and Paisly Residences.
“Despite the movement control measure, we pushed forward and ensure that we handed over the units in good time. It is a real pleasure to see our homeowners settle into their new homes and we are glad to receive such good feedback,” she said.
During the VP handover, homeowners were presented with Tropicana handover gift before being shown around the facilities in the township and later escorted to their new homes.
Lee said homeowners can use the one-stop platform Tropicana 360 app to manage their billing statements, report defects, other property related issues as well as book facilities.
She also revealed that there are limited units still available at the two completed properties. Those who are keen are advised to visit the website at www.tropicanacorp.com.my or speak to sales reps at 1700 81 8887.
The 863-acre Tropicana Aman in the enclave of Kota Kemuning is anchored by 85 acres of Central Park that has a 7km walking and biking trail with accessibility via 10 link bridges and 17 pavilions surrounding the lake. It is also home to Tenby International School and SJKC Bukit Fraser.
Tropicana Metropark is an 88-acre freehold integrated development sited on a bustling and mature neighbourhood in Subang Jaya, and directly linked to the Federal Highway. The development is anchored by a 9.2-acre urban park and boasts a wide variety of amenities, including an upcoming commercial hub known as Shoppes (South), as well as a 252,000 sq ft GEMS International School.
New homeowner husband wife couple Sugunan Nair and Lin said they feel proud of their accomplishment in their brand new home at Dalia Residences in Tropicana Aman. “I choose Tropicana Aman as currently the place I’m staying is getting more crowded. So this is for retirement age, a bigger unit with a bigger piece of land,” said Sugunan.
Another couple Kelvin and Elaine who would be enjoying their new lives in their brand new Paloma Serviced Residences in Tropicana Metropark said it is important to choose a good developer when purchasing a new home. “Foremost, Tropicana is a reputable developer. That immediately gives us the assurance and the confidence that the project will be completed successfully,” said Kelvin.
