The third edition of the Pos Malaysia Run returns on November 29, 2026 at Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur, aiming to boost health and social engagement.
This year’s run under the tagline “Jom Laju For Fun!” will debut its first-ever 21km Open category (18–39 years), alongside a 10km Open category (16–39 years), as well as Veteran category (40 years and above).
The 5.5km Fun Run is open to individuals or groups of four (five years & above).
The event offers total cash prizes of RM20,800 for competitive categories.
Organised by Pos Malaysia, the Pos Malaysia Run 2026 is expanding its target to 10,000 participants, following a successful 2025 event that attracted over 7,000 runners.
It is building a reputation as one of Malaysia’s most inclusive and engaging lifestyle sporting events that champions healthy living, sustainability and shared connections.

Pos Malaysia group chief executive officer Charles Brewer said the Pos Malaysia Run reflects the organisation’s core mission of connecting communities and keeping the nation moving.
“Guided by our purpose of being passionate about building trust to connect lives and businesses for a better tomorrow, this run brings that everyday responsibility beyond our operations and into the communities we serve,” he said.
“That same commitment guides how we operate every day – with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability, from route optimisation to building Malaysia’s largest electrified delivery fleet as we work towards greener first- and last-mile deliveries by 2030.
“Just as importantly, these efforts translate into reliable service on the ground, as seen in our parcel delivery performance at 92% last year, reinforcing the trust Malaysians place in Pos Malaysia to deliver, even in challenging environments.
“Starting from Dataran Merdeka, a place rich with national significance and home to Kuala Lumpur’s iconic 0km marker, makes this journey especially meaningful, reminding us that every connection and every journey begins with trust,” said Brewer.

The event will be brought to life through games and interactive activities along the routes, reinforcing its position as a signature community sporting event in Malaysia’s annual calendar.
Participants can look forward to running along some of the city’s most recognisable landmarks, transforming the run into a shared urban celebration of movement, connection and togetherness.
Participants receive a finisher medal, e-certificate and a drawstring bag with a tee.
Entry fees for the Pos Malaysia Run 2026 are structured across three phases – Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Normal – with rates starting from RM118 for the 21km, RM88 for the 10km, and RM68 for the 5.5km Fun Run.
