TEKA, a global leader in household appliances, marked its centennial milestone of 100 years of innovation, design and excellence by hosting the “Artistic Kitchen Masterpieces & Milestones” showcase at Sunway Resort Hotel, Subang Jaya on April 2, 2026.
Under the theme “Beyond 100 Years – Designing the Next Chapter,” the brand, which celebrated its centenary in 2024, showcased its legacy in transforming kitchens and modern living, focusing on art, innovation and future-ready kitchens, while unveiling its most exclusive collections to date.
TEKA Malaysia managing director Stan Fong said TEKA’s philosophy centres on the belief that the kitchen is the heart of the home, functioning as a canvas where creativity, art and life come together.
“In an unprecedented tribute to art and creativity, we are proud to present the Van Gogh Museum Edition. Each product is not just an appliance, it’s an invitation to bring beauty, passion and inspiration into the heart of the home,” he said.
The Teka Van Gogh Museum Edition is a special collection of home appliances developed in collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam to transform kitchens into artistic spaces.
This collection is inspired by the vibrant colors, textures and emotional power of Vincent van Gogh’s iconic painting, Sunflowers (1889).
It offers a complete kitchen solutions range designed for modern, functional and stylish cooking spaces, including ovens, microwaves, induction and gas hobs, extractor hoods and combi fridges (refrigerators and freezers).
Each appliance is meticulously crafted to blend timeless beauty with enduring performance, transforming the kitchen into a stage where inspiration and innovation merge.
Alongside the artistic Van Gogh Museum Edition, TEKA also unveiled the Infinity G1 Edition, a premium collection designed in collaboration with Italdesign, featuring a distinctive matte black finish with copper details for modern aesthetics.
This range merges Italian design ingenuity with German engineering precision, combining Italdesign Giugiaro’s 50-plus years of automotive design and engineering expertise with TEKA’s deep knowledge in innovative kitchen products.
This modern kitchen collection combines versatile, stylish and functional elements to elevate home cooking environments, ensuring visual harmony, ease of use and lasting performance.
