The Mid-Autumn Festival is just around the corner, and this year, local bar chain The Beer Factory (TBF) has once again partnered with Guinness Malaysia to celebrate the Chinese tradition by releasing the newly curated limited-edition Guinness snowskin mooncakes, available at TBF outlets.
This time around, the mooncakes offer a more pronounced and balanced taste profile. The combination of alcohol-infused golden bean paste centre, coupled with deep roasted flavours of Guinness and chocolate-infused lotus paste, packaged with the velvety snowskin creates a harmonious and magical taste experience.
TBF founder Kent Chua said they have carefully sourced the finest ingredients and ensure the highest quality and consistency to deliver an enhanced flavour profile in every bite of the delicacy.

The Mid-Autumn Festival takes place annually on the 15th day of the 8th month of the Chinese lunar calendar, which falls on Sept 29 this year.
It is one of the most important traditional Chinese festivals, celebrated at the end of the autumn harvest with family gatherings, lighting lanterns and eating mooncakes.
