Malaysia’s premier custom and counter culture autoshow, Art of Speed 2023 will be held at Malaysia Agro Exposition Park, Serdang (MAEPS) from July 29-30 from 10am to 7pm on both days.
The 12th edition of Art of Speed festival with the theme “Raikan Beza Mu” is presented by BRO ASIA.
The event venue will be bigger and better with 350,000 square feet of indoor space and 8.6 acre of outdoor space, taking over every event hall and features even more activities to satisfy the fans and visitors.
Art of Speed Malaysia (AOSM) founder and festival director Asep Ahmad Iskandar said, “Since its inception, Art of Speed Malaysia has successfully established itself as a gathering not only for motorcycle and car enthusiasts, but also art practitioners, musicians, collectors and the likes, while culminating in a large-scale annual event.
“For this year’s event, AOSM will be celebrating its 12th annual show and with it, will be igniting the spirit and enthusiasm of passionate enthusiast, a show not to be missed by the public.”
There will be three new main highlights for AOS 2023: Outdoor ThunderCircus “Brotherhood Rally”, Hot Wheels Collectors Convention and Hot Wheels Legends Tour.
- The Outdoor ThunderCircus Brotherhood Rally will feature a motorcycle stunt show performed by professional riders, a mega ride in and gathering of various motorcycle groups from across Malaysia and the region.
- The Hot Wheels Collectors Convention at AOS 2023 will officially be the first in Southeast Asia. Hot Wheel fans to be able to enjoy Hot Wheels activities and diorama displays, including the Hot Wheels Rare and Collectibles Exhibition, Hot Wheels Skate School and Hot Wheels Swap Buy & Sell. It will also include a meet-and-greet event with a renowned Hot Wheels designer from USA, as well as a Hot Wheels X Proton Kids Design competition to create the first-ever Proton Saga vehicle in Hot Wheels form. There will also be a record attempt at the largest Hot Wheels formation in Malaysia.
- The Hot Wheels Legends Tour will make its debut at AOS 2023. This year, the official Malaysia competition will be held on July 30, and will feature both local and international judges to select a champion to represent Malaysia on the world stage. Registrations for the Hot Wheels Legends Tour will be on-ground at the venue.
Some other regular features at AOS 2023 include the NEAT Fest, in collaboration with NoEqual.co, which will feature a collective display of hand selected modified cars from across Malaysia; Show & Shine featuring modified cars and custom motorcycles; Hail Vintage, with a theme of “Music” will showcase vintage collectibles, music collectibles, merchandise and memorabilia; and Kustom & Koffee Talk forum on the latest trends in bike and car industries.
The Roda Rumble 2023 which is a two-wheels gathering and outdoor festival supported by Retro Mania and a Test Ride Zone with a great line up of bikes such as Ducati, Royal Alloy, Italjet, Royal Enfield, Vespa, Aprilia, Triumph and Harley-Davidson, are not to be missed.
Also returning for AOS 2023 is the SoundCircus Festival, a music festival to feature live performances by local artistes. The line-up for this year’s SoundCircus Festival will be revealed at a later date.
The Food Park food vendors and trucks will offer a wide variety of cuisines for every appetite. Visitors certainly won’t be short on options.
On the last day of the festival (July 30), one lucky AOS 2023 ticket holder will go home with the lucky draw giveaway of a 1979 Toyota Celica fully customized with an air ride suspension system.
The AOS 2023 entry tickets can be purchased at the door and online for RM35.00 each. Children below 12 years old and persons with disabilities (OKU) will get to enter for free.
AOS 2023 will continue the Speed Lane pass, priced at RM60 for both days and enjoy early entry at 9am.
