Alamanda Shopping Centre, Putrajaya is hosting VIKids Carnival to make this school holidays a fun-filled time for children at the centre court from Feb 18-Mar 12, 2023.
The colourful event promises an array of thrilling activities, fun games and exciting rides for VIKids members.
VIKids members are eligible for a Carnival Pass that enables them to enjoy a host of carnival-themed activities such as carousel rides, kiddie rides, basketball arcade game, fun fair games, as well as face or hand painting.
Kids who have completed the activities at the carnival will get a chance at spinning the Wheel of Prizes. There are many prizes up for grabs, such as an art set, soft toys, a Superkidz Day Pass and a cotton candy treat.
Parents can look forward to a VIKids Reward surprise gift set for their kids when they spend a minimum of RM300 in two receipts at any specialty stores.
During the weekends, the VIKids Carnival will see an array of entertaining performances. Children will be amazed by the line-up that includes acrobatics performance, magic show and a balloon sculpting demonstration by clowns.
VIKids get to walk away with colourful balloons creatively sculpted into various animals and objects.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Andrew Brien said: “As the go-to family-friendly mall in Putrajaya, Alamanda is poised to engage with the local community in their day-to-day lives. The VIKids Club provides a safe space where little ones can explore and learn while having fun.”
Brien said the last carnival in 2020 had to be cut short abruptly after only five days due to the first lockdown.
“This much-awaited event is now back with a bang and ready to offer an environment where children can take part in exciting, wholesome activities in a carnival atmosphere.
“This event is perfect for a day out, especially during the upcoming school holidays. It is bound to turn a trip to the mall into a special and memorable occasion, offering both parents and children a splendid time,” Brien added.
Non-VIKids can become VIKids members by spending a minimum of RM50 in a maximum of two receipts from any specialty stores at Alamanda Shopping Centre.
The VIKids Club provides children with an avenue to indulge in healthy activities while harnessing their creative talents and helping them gain new knowledge. Membership in the VIKids Club is open to children aged 5 to 12 years old.
