Alamanda Shopping Centre is bringing back the VIKids Carnival over the school holidays from February 23 to March 10, 2024, promising an immersive carnival experience for VIKids members and their families.
The centre court takes on a vibrant carnival atmosphere, adorned with red and white striped tents and booths hosting a variety of fun fair games, arcade games and craft activities, as well as carnival performances during weekends.
VIKids members can redeem a free carnival pass to take part in the carnival activities, games and gift-giving. The event promises an array of activities, from the carousel and fun fair games to cotton candy and face painting, creating a fun and wholesome experiences for young ones.
During the weekends, the carnival will feature performances like clown balloon sculpting, juggling performance and magic shows.
Francis Tan, the CEO of Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd said the VIKids carnival is designed to provide children with fun and educational activities during the school holidays.
“The VIKids campaign is particularly special as it reaches out to young ones, and it is a testament to Suria KLCC Group’s commitment to providing value and joy to our loyal customers,” he said.
VIKids members who spend a minimum of RM300 in a maximum of two receipts at specialty stores will receive a We Bare Bear kids’ blanket.
Non-members can join the VIKids Club on-site with a minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt.
Meanwhile, Mesra Mall Kemaman, in collaboration with Hobby Exotic Petting Zoo, hosted the VIKids Carnival from Feb 18-22, 2024.
Throughout the 5-day event, the Sports Lobby came alive with a vibrant carnival-themed petting zoo, where kids and families gathered to enjoy animal interactions, feeding sessions and pet shows.
VIKids had the opportunity to unleash their creativity through craft workshops, including fingerprint printing, DIY cotton bud flowerpot making and frog paper craft sessions.
On Feb 22, a colouring contest was held for children below the age of 12, divided into two categories (4-8 years old and 9-12 years old).
