U Plus Realty celebrated the grand opening of its new corporate headquarters at Dataran Sunway in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya on Nov 15, 2023.
The grand opening is a significant occasion for the real estate agency to create a vibrant headquarters to support the company’s continued growth and expansion.
Wayne Leong, the founder and CEO of U Plus Realty expressed his happiness to see his team working well together toward the growth and success of the company in the last few years.
“This moment is not just a milestone for us, but a cumulative of hard work, dedication and the shared vision that bring us together. Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for U Plus Realty as we embark on this exciting venture,” he said in his welcome speech to an invited guests of VIPs, developers, bankers, principals, partners and media.
Also present at the event were U Plus agents and U Plus management team.
Leong added, ”As a young real estate agency, up-to-date, we had achieved sale volume exceeded RM2bil and successfully distributed more than RM20mil commission to our well-deserved Uplus Fighters.

The day of celebrations included a praying ceremony, ribbon cutting, high pole lion dance performance, lion dance tour of office, talk on ‘Unlock Your Power’, awards presentation and lucky draws.
Leong brings 13 years of real estate experience, including his astounding consecutive eight years as the Group Champion with the highest per year achievement at over 2 billion ringgit in converted sales.
His outstanding leadership has led to the development of a productive team with over 500 agents committed to achieving the best possible results.
Leong has been recognised multiple times with numerous awards and honours. Noteworthy among these accolades are: Top Personal Sales Award (2010), Top Pre-Leader Award (2011), Top 4, Group Sales Malaysia Award (2014), Champion Senior Leader Group Sales Award (2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018), Champion Senior Leader Group Sales Hall of Fame Visionary (2019) and Champion Leader Group Sale Golden Visionary (2020).
The three-storey landmark headquarters is centrally located at 1-2 & 1-3 (1st & 2nd floor), Jalan PJU 5/6, Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya. The building occupies the first and second floors, with an extended workplace that comprised varied offices, meeting/function hall, discussion area and inspiration corner as well as pantry.
U Plus Realty was established in 2021 jointly with 10 senior group managers. The company has established a good name for it and has been doing well with three main offices headquartered in Kota Damansara, two branch offices in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur and one branch office in Rawang, Selangor.
