Tropicana Corporation Berhad has announced the launch of Tropicana Power Up campaign offering multiple incentives for property seekers of both its upcoming and completed residential and commercial projects in the Klang Valley, Langkawi and Johor.
The developer said the campaign period from now till 30 June 2022 is for 17 Tropicana projects in nine townships.
The incentives offered include down payment assistance, free stamp duties for loan and memorandum of transfer (MOT) instruments, double referral rewards, and attractive bonuses on sale and purchase agreement (SPA) signings.
Tropicana marketing and sales managing director Joanne Lee said the Power Up campaign is the company’s way of reaching out to the community around its brand, rewarding it and growing it.
“With over 5,800 satisfied customers in FY2021, we anticipate even healthier prospects in the coming year,” she said.
Lee said this is based on an increased appetite among Malaysians to purchase property for investment purposes, according to PropertyGuru Malaysia Consumer Sentiment Survey, as well as rising international purchaser interest with the reopening of borders.
“We are pleased to cater to surging market demand through Tropicana Power Up, delivering easy entry and minimal capital outlays for our properties in support of the national housing agenda following the conclusion of the Home Ownership Campaign,” she said.
The Tropicana Power Up participating projects in the Klang Valley include Aman 1 (modern apartments) at Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning, Edelweiss (serviced residences) at Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Indah, SouthPlace and Paisley (both serviced residences) at Tropicana Metropark, Subang Jaya, and Tropicana Miyu (condominium) at Section 17, Petaling Jaya.
The landed homes are at Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning and Tropicana Heights, Kajang, while the commercial properties are Edelweiss SOFO (small office, flexible office) at Tropicana Gardens, Triana (2 & 3-story shop offices) at Tropicana Aman and SouthPlace Shoppes (retail lots) at Tropicana Metropark.
In Langkawi, the property is the Assana serviced suites at Tropicana Cenang; and in Johor, the types of properties are Bora Residences (condominium) at Tropicana Danga Bay, Iskandar Malaysia, Aster Heights (2-story terrace homes) at Tropicana Uplands, Gelang Patah and Oasis (3 & 4-story shop offices) and Summit Commercial Hub (3 & 4-story shop offices).
