Property developer Tropicana Corp Bhd has unveiled the final villa series called Hana Residences at its 863-acre township Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor.
Offering 130 lavish 2 and 3-storey bungalow and 2-storey semi-detached homes, Hana Residences is envisioned as a haven for life made beautiful.
Spanning 28 acres with a gross development value of RM403 million, Hana Residences will comprise 130 2-3 storey bungalow and 2-storey semi-detached homes. The development is projected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
The unit lot sizes range from 45 ft x 80 ft to 80 ft x 100 ft with built-ups from 4,004 sq ft to 9,052 sq ft.
Tropicana deputy chief executive officer Joanne Lee said it named Hana Residences for the range of meanings of the word ‘Hana’, from ‘flower’ in Japanese to ‘happiness’ and ‘bliss’ in Arabic.
“It was developed along three design principles, namely Hearth, Habitat and Haven, addressing the pillars of home, surroundings and amenities.
“As Tropicana Aman’s final landed residential offering, we sought to differentiate Hana Residences by siting it on elevated ground as a private enclave overlooking the surrounding township, in line with our core mantra of redefining the art of living,” she said.
Lee added that Bespoke home personalisation is available through T.Living, allowing Hana Residences owners to customise their property with ‘Bella,’ a darker theme for stylish, sophisticated aesthetics and a modern palette, or ‘Charisma,’ a lighter theme for soothing colours and a sense of tranquillity and harmony.
Purchasers can further tailor their homes with T.Living’s protection, smart, comfort and eco packages, catering for resident security, smart home, cooling and sustainability needs respectively.
Lee said the three pillars of hearth, habitat and haven express Tropicana’s unique development DNA within Hana Residences, emphasising innovative concepts and design, facilities and generous open spaces, among others.
“The first pillar, Hearth, addresses design features such as north/south orientations for passive cooling, as well as double volume ceilings in dining and living spaces for homes in the signature development. In addition, smart home features deliver convenience for owners and residents.
“Meanwhile, the pillar of Habitat governs Hana Residences’ surroundings, complete with conducive amenities such as a Linear Park, Central Garden and pocket parks, enhanced by multi-tiered security for peace of mind.
“Finally, Haven incorporates the myriad pull factors of the surrounding Tropicana Aman township,” explained Lee.
In line with the group’s commitment to environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) principles, the township is designed as a serene, self-sustaining walking and biking community, fostering active and sustainable lifestyles while reducing carbon footprints across the board.
Tropicana Aman is rounded out by a robust connectivity profile, with proximity to major routes such as the Shah Alam (“KESAS”), South Klang Valley, and West Coast Expressways, as well as the North-South Expressway Central Link. Amenities in the township include a 85-acre Central Park which serves as a green lung with recreational spaces, lakeside pavilions and a 7km walking and biking trail.
