Property developer Tropicana Corp Bhd ushered in the Chinese New Year of the Water Rabbit with its Lucky Ang Pao campaign.
The campaign that is active now until Feb 28, 2023 rewards Tropicana customers with an ang pao from RM1,888 to RM18,888 for selected property purchases in Tropicana Aman, Tropicana Cenang, Tropicana Gardens, Tropicana Grandhill and Tropicana Metropark.
Concurrently, the group in collaborating with Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, is offering a 2% rebate on all Tropicana development projects till April 30, 2023.
Purchasers must be Alliance Bank customers with a valid Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) as well as an Alliance Bank loan approval letter.
Furthermore, customers who activate an Alliance SavePlus Account/-i and have a valid T Privilege Loyalty Programme membership will be entitled to 4,000 T Privilege points worth RM40. The promotion runs till March 31, 2023.
