Thai Odyssey, a tenant of Tropicana Gardens Mall, contributed 1,250 bottles of Aroma Bath Gels worth RM25,000 to the Buggy of Joy charity drive.

The campaign organizer, Tropicana Foundation, a charity arm of property developer Tropicana Corp Bhd, said the items would be distributed to eight underprivileged homes in the Klang Valley.

Thai Odyssey sales and marketing director Samantha Tan said they are delighted to join hands with Tropicana Foundation to bring Christmas cheer to the homes in need.

“We hope this little gesture could warm their hearts and may their days ahead be filled with love and happiness,” she added.

Back for the second year, the Buggy of Joy donation drive at Tropicana Gardens Mall got off to a strong start on November 10, 2021 thorough a substantial contribution from Tropicana’s employee, Samual Tan, and his family. They contributed 10,000 face masks, 600 packs of instant noodles and 1,000 packs of instant coffee.

The public can contribute to the Buggy of Joy by dropping off dry goods at the Centre Court, CC Floor of Tropicana Gardens Mall from now until December 22, 2021.

Examples of dry goods include bulk dry goods (rice, oatmeal, noodles, biscuits, pasta), beverages (coffee, milk powder, tea, baby milk), halal canned food (sardine, baked beans, canned mushroom), cooking essentials (salt, sugar, cooking oil, flour) and healthcare products (masks, sanitizers, cleaning solutions, toothpaste).

The Tropicana Foundation also accepts cash donations via its CIMB Bank Berhad account number 8003575210. Visit bit.ly/BuggyOfJoy for cash donation receipt.
