Super GT Race returns to Sepang June 26-28, buy a ticket and stand to win a Toyota GR Supra

The official launch of the Malaysian round of the 2025 Autobacs Super GT held at Togeya Cafe, Kuala Lumpur on May 31, 2025.

The Malaysian round of the 2025 Autobacs Super GT series race is set to make a return to the Petronas Sepang International Circuit from 26-28 June.

Ticket holders to the event will be in the running to win a Toyota GR Supra worth RM650,000 in a lucky draw.

The announcement was made by the rights holder and event promoter Haro Sports & Entertainment for the Malaysian round of the Autobacs Super GT race at a press conference held at Togeya Cafe, Kuala Lumpur on May 31, 2025.

“The lucky draw prize of a GR Supra is a once in a lifetime offer to welcome the return of SUPER GT to Malaysia after an absence of 12 years, and one that would not have been possible at this magnitude, without the collaboration with partners such as Mastercard,” said Haro Sports & Entertainment managing partner Fahrizal Hasan.

Mastercard is the official payment and experience partner of Super GT 2025 Malaysia.

The Malaysian race will be the third round of the 2025 Super GT calendar which features a total of eight rounds – seven of which will take place in various circuits within Japan. Malaysia remains as the only overseas round for Super GT.

Ticketholders are eligible for the lucky draw when they purchase one of the following tickets with a Mastercard, starting from June 1 to 28.

Tickets eligible for the draw are for the Main Grandstand (RM250), GT Suite (RM350), GT Live! Rock Zone (RM500), GT Club Paddock (RM2,000) and the exclusive Experience, Ultimate and Dream Packages (starting at RM5,000).

Purchasers of the K1 Grandstand tickets are not eligible for the draw.

The name of the winner will be drawn on stage live in front of spectators attending the post-race GT Live! Concert.

The Super GT Malaysia Festival is going to be a weekend of epic proportions which will also showcase a Japanese food and cultural extravaganza.

The GT Live! post race concert will be headlined by Indonesian sensation Tenxi, Naykilla & Jemsii aka TNJ, alongside the internationally acclaimed J-pop and M-pop female group KLP48 and Malaysia’s new generation of musical talents FAREEDpf K-CLIQUE, Sabhi Saddi and Kaka Azraff.

UMW Toyota Motor and Toyota Gazoo Racing Malaysia are the title sponsors of the Super GT Malaysia Festival 2025.

The festival will also host Round 2 of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Vios Challenge Season 8, and features showcases of Toyota and Gazoo Racing vehicles, fan zones, racing simulators, test drives, merchandise and appearances by Gazoo Racing drivers and ambassadors.

The GR86 Cup Malaysia Series will make its debut as a support race with two 10-lap races at the festival. Bridgestone is the official tyre supplier for the inaugural running of the GR86 Cup Malaysia Series which will feature the latest Toyota GR86 sports coupe model.

The Super GT main race will feature a lineup of drivers and manufacturers from Japan (Nissan, Lexus, Toyota, Honda and Subaru) competing in the GT500 and GT300 classes.

Two Malaysian wildcard entries Jazeman Jaafar and Adrian D’Silva will lead the country’s challenge in the GT300 Class.

Jazeman will partner Chinese-American Kerong Li in the Aston Martin EBM Aston Martin Vantage GT3 EVO, while D’Sila will spearhead the charge in a second car alongside Earl Bamber.

Meanwhile, the Japan Football Association (JFA) will also be supporting Super GT with a booth at the event to sell Samurai Blue support goods, such as replica uniforms, towel scarves and Japanese happi coats.

Samurai Blue is one of the top football teams in Asia.

Super GT Malaysia Festival 2025 is held in celebration of Visit Malaysia Year 2026 and Visit Selangor 2025, and endorsed by Tourism Malaysia and Tourism Selangor.
