STF Revenue (MM2H) Sdn Bhd has officially opened its new office at The Exchange 106 @ TRX on Nov 11, 2025.
The company will serve as the first privately-operated Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) one-stop centre in the country, cementing its presence in Kuala Lumpur’s financial district and demonstrating long-term confidence in the country’s economic trajectory.
The new office will focus on providing comprehensive consultancy and support services, including professional recruitment, expatriate facilitation and investment consultation, aligning with the country’s vision of fostering high-value growth through human capital and international collaboration.
The grand opening was officiated by Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry (Motac) secretary-general Dato’ Shaharuddin Abu Sohot who underscored the economic benefits of Malaysia’s long-stay programmes.
“Under Motac, MM2H continues to play a vital role in attracting quality long-term residents and foreign investment that strengthen our economy,” he said.
“The new tiered MM2H framework, SEZ, Silver, Gold and Platinum, offers global citizens more choices and clarity. It is designed to welcome those who wish not only to live here but to grow and invest in Malaysia – in property, education, healthcare, and beyond,” he added.

As of July 2025, Motac has recorded over 3,300 new applications for the MM2H programme, projecting to generate more than RM300 million in foreign funds and over RM430 million in property investments, underscoring the programme’s significant economic impact.
Meanwhile STF Revenue international operations director Jonathan Low Choon Wai said the opening of their TRX retail office reflects their confidence in Malaysia as a lifestyle and investment destination.
“Our goal is to make Malaysia accessible, welcoming and fully connected for those who want to live, invest and build a life here,” he said.
The event also saw the signing of a strategic partnership agreement between STF Revenue, represented by STF Group managing director Datuk Wira Joey Yan and Rivertree Group, represented by its managing director Dato’ Simon David Leong.

Through this partnership, both organizations aim to create greater pathways for individuals and families worldwide to live, invest and thrive in Malaysia, strengthening the nation as a destination for meaningful living, growth and opportunity.
Rivertree Group is a property developer known for its sustainable, innovative and community-centric developments. The group offers competitive packages to international buyers with STF Revenue complementing this by providing comprehensive visa support to clients.
“Our goal is simple: When an MM2H or PVIP resident chooses Malaysia, they don’t just receive a visa – they gain a lifestyle, a community and a place called home,” said Leong.
The ecosystem is further supported by other key industry players such as travel and finance. Batik Air provides travel benefits, including complimentary round-trip tickets valued up to RM5,000 for eligible MM2H applicants under the Batik x STF programme.
STF also partnered with major banks to simplify visa financial processes by assisting with opening fixed deposit accounts, banking support and financial advisory services.
STF Group was founded in 2016 and has grown into a conglomerate specialising in manpower solutions, worker legalisation (pemutihan), foreign worker management, dormitory operations, cleaning services and technology-driven management systems.
The Group has since diversified into related sectors, including licensed agencies for the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) and Premium Visa Programme (PVIP), as well as maid services. STF Revenue (MM2H), a subsidiary of STF Group, specializes in facilitating long-term residency programs that welcome global citizens to Malaysia.
