Six top and young creative designers from Indonesia will join a slew of international fashion designers to showcase their creations during the fourth International Ipoh Fashion Week 2022 (IIFW) to be held in Ipoh city on October 20-23 this year.

Martini Suarsa, founder of Martini Suarsa Kreatifindo and IIFW brand ambassador for Indonesia, said the event this year will offer opportunities for Indonesia’s top and young creative designers to introduce their collections.

To name a few of designers and exhibitors, they are AHAR by Martini Suarsa, Batik Chic by Novita Yunus, ByMekka by Aby, Aruna Creative and Puan Aspekraf Riau.

“These talented young designers have graduated from fashion school and we are offering them the IIFW platform to develop and promote their creations to a global audience,” she said at a press conference for IIFW 2022 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

“IIFW is also supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia (Kemenparekraf). This is good value tourism for both countries while preserving culture as Indonesia sets to become a world Muslim fashion centre,” added Martini who has been a part of IIFW for the last three years.
