The initiatives exemplify the company’s dedication to enriching Malaysian lives through advanced Japanese technology and exceptional service standards.
Since its establishment in 1985, the globally renowned Japanese brand has maintained its position as an innovation leader, delivering products and solutions that enhance daily living.
This milestone not only celebrates Sharp’s achievements but also marks the beginning of a new mission to empower Malaysians as they confidently approach 2025.
In a pioneering move, Sharp becomes the first home appliance brand to introduce a 7-Day Service Completion Assurance programme, ensuring fast and reliable after-sales service nationwide.
The innovative service aims to set new industry standards and enhance customer experience.
Additionally, customers who purchase any Inverter series products or the 120Hz Aquos XLED TRU series from now until Dec 31, 2025, will receive an extended one-year warranty upon online registration.
