SaBalik Baju, the latest film produced by Red Communications, explores the seduction, the destruction and the empowerment of social media for six women, changing their lives for better or for worse.

The multi-starrer film casts Mira Filzah, Juliana Evans, Kaka Azraff, Nadiya Nisaa, Sarancak and introducing Elena Moujing. They each play characters in six different stories which are all interconnected. Each character comes to a crossroad when they have to face up to their fears or the demons in their lives.

With a strong cast and compelling soundtrack by various artists, the stories are treated humorously and have their fair share of twists and turns along the way.

Below is a brief synopsis of SaBalik Baju film:

Nadiya Nisaa plays Dahlia, a writer who starts an online lingerie business to spice up martial life in SaBalik Baju.

In Hak Peribody, Dahlia (Nadiya Nisaa) is a writer who feels lost after the women’s magazine which she has worked in all her life closes down. She blames social media and how everyone has now shifted their lives to depend on it. When she overhears an argument between a husband and a wife one day, Dahlia is inspired to start an online business selling sexy lingerie to spice up relationships between spouses. Sarancak plays Sierra who is a relationship coach but her husband might be having an affair in Sabalik Baju.

In Dalam Kain, relationship coach Sierra (Sarancak) finds her husband Hanif on dating app Hunny Bunny, where everyone knows if you are on it, you are just looking for ‘hook-ups’. Sierra becomes a laughing stock on social media. She decides to go along with her best friend’s plan to find out if Hanif is cheating on her. Dalam Kain is written and directed by Sarah Lois.

Juliana Evans plays Myra who becomes a different person during her first pregnancy in SaBalik Baju.

Mira Filzah plays Aria, a career-minded person who prioritize her career and job over other parts of her life in Sabalik Baju.
