Red Box Karaoke launches RedPay, a revolutionary membership wallet with Visa card integration

Red Box Karaoke, the country’s leading karaoke entertainment brand, has launched a new membership card called RedPay, in conjunction with it 25th anniversary this year.

The innovative membership wallet is designed to elevate customer experience with exclusive privileges and seamless Visa card payment integration.

The initiative marks Red Box’s strategic entry into the digital payment ecosystem, providing members with a unified platform for entertainment and financial convenience.

The launch event was held at Red Box Karaoke The Gardens in Kuala Lumpur on Jan 10, 2025.

Red Box Karaoke Malaysia general manager Terry Swee said the introduction of RedPay reflects Red Box Karaoke’s commitment to enhancing customer engagement by merging entertainment with cutting-edge financial solutions.

“With RedPay, we are redefining how our customers interact with Red Box. This is more than just a payment solution – it’s a lifestyle upgrade.
