Property developer Radium Development Bhd received the “Most Dynamic Nation Builder” award at the SEBA Awards 2023 Northern Edition held at Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Penang on March 17, 2023.
The company has been recognized and celebrated for its outstanding contribution to the nation and community at the award presentation gala evening.
The SEBA 2023 Northern Edition, themed ‘Unity Celebrating Entrepreneurs’ was officiated by Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Penang Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak.
Penang Exco for Trade, Industry and Entrepreneur Development Dato’ Abdul Halim Hussain presented the award to Radium’s executive director and corporate affairs, legal and human resources head Chai Woon Hou at the award presentation gala evening, which recognized Malaysia’s most eminent SMEs and entrepreneurs.

“Being committed to championing a more equitable Malaysia has successfully positioned the group as one of Kuala Lumpur’s most trusted property developers. Presently, the Group is developing projects worth RM1.24 billion in Kuala Lumpur, continuing its growth trajectory,” the statement added.
SEBA or SME and Entrepreneurs Business Award, is an annual recognition award programme organised by Yayasan Usahawan Malaysia to recognize exemplary SMEs and entrepreneurs for their outstanding performance and contributions to the Malaysian economy throughout the year.
