Qube Integrated Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Qube), the country’s premier event and venue operator, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China’s tech company, Inspur Cloud, a global leader in AI and digital transformation solutions.

The official partnership exchange ceremony took place on December 8, 2025 at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (Mitec), Kuala Lumpur.

The collaboration is a significant, proactive step by Qube to drive Malaysia’s smart MICE vision, positioning the country as a technologically progressive and business-friendly destination.

By leveraging Inspur’s AI-driven platforms and digital infrastructure, Qube is integrating innovative solutions across its operations to redefine event planning and delivery for the high-value Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) sector.

The initiative is aligned with Malaysia’s national digitalisation agenda and its strategy to enhance business tourism, which is a critical contributor to year-round tourism receipts and ancillary sectors, such as hospitality, retail, and professional services, ahead of Visit Malaysia Year 2026.

Inspur Cloud, in turn, will leverage Qube’s extensive nationwide network and industry presence to accelerate the awareness and adoption of its digital solutions in key Malaysian markets.

“By bringing our AI, cloud computing, and high-performance digital technologies to venue digitalisation, data-driven event experiences, and ecosystem-wide digital adoption, we aim to advance Malaysia’s MICE industry creating more efficient, personalised and impactful experiences for all stakeholders,” he said.
