The Out of the World Water and Music Festival (OOTW2.0) returns for its second year to Bandar Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, after its spectacular success in May this year.
The festival is set to take place from Jan 19 to 21, 2024 and expect to attract 50,000 visitors during the three-day event.
OOTW2.0 will serve as the celebration’s hub for music, water, fun, cultural experience and unforgettable moments.

Lens Chan, the founder of Genesis Entertainment and OOTW, said: “OOTW2.0 aims to be better and bigger for 2024 with more new concepts and elements to attract a wider audience.”
Chan added: “This event will feature multiple activities combining entertainment, tourism and art. The main purpose is to attract more foreign tourists through this event so that they can have fun and enjoy experiencing local ethnic cultures.”
Chan also hoped that sponsors and businesses can increase exposure and business opportunities to reach a wider audience and drive growth through this event.
The event includes a three-storey water theme park and maze, water slides, music, cultural performances, fashion shows and food stalls.
It is also a chance for fans to catch live performances by world-class international, regional and local artistes across a wide spectrum of genres, including from USA, UK, Hong Kong and South Korea.
This year, the festival will feature Tastefully food exhibition, as part of its partnership with Tastefully Malaysia, with 80 food stalls whip up tasty delicacies for visitors.
“These stalls will present delicacies from all over the world to everyone, and will definitely attract food-loving consumers and tourists from home and abroad,” added Chan.
During the press conference, Chan also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with various sponsors and partners, including Media Prima, Big Tree Outdoor Limited, AV Sense Limited, Tastefully, Instababe Malaysia, Bigo Live and LikeMedia, to create unforgettable experiences for attendees.
