Narwal, a global leader in smart home cleaning technology, has launched its next-generation smart home cleaning products: the Narwal Freo Flow, X10 Pro and S30 wet and dry vacuum cleaner.
The three new products – the Narwal Freo Flow, Narwal Freo X10 Pro and Narwal S30 Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner – were unveiled at a launch event held at W Factory Event Space in Shah Alam on Sept 26, 2025.
Each product embodies Narwal’s mission to make cleaning smarter, more efficient, and more effortless, catering to diverse lifestyles and household needs worldwide.
The Narwal Freo Flow, Narwal Freo X10 Pro and Narwal S30 are priced at RM5,499, RM2,699 and RM1,699 respectively on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, as well as Aihome outlets at Sunway Velocity, Plaza Low Yat and IOI City Mall.
As part of the launch, the company is offering the products at discounted price from now until Oct 12, 2025.

The Narwal Freo Flow is the brand’s most advanced robotic vacuum cleaner to date, engineered with precision suction and mopping technology under the concept of “Deep Cleaning.” With its sleek build, designed to glide effortlessly under beds, sofas and low furniture to reach hidden dust zones. The vacuum delivers 22,000 Pa of suction strength while operating at under 60 dB.
The vacuum’s intelligent base station handles maintenance tasks, from hot-water mop washing, scrubbing and air drying to keep itself fresh and ready for the next clean. The dock also auto-refills and drains water as needed and can hold dust for up to 120 days, eliminating the need for constant upkeep.
In addition, the Freo Flow boasts a 6,400mAh battery for extended cleaning performance, while the track mop cleans itself in real time – scraping and rinsing 110 times per minute with flowing water. Its dual water tanks keep clean and dirty water separate.
Meanwhile, the Freo X10 Pro delivers 11,000 Pa of suction while operating at under 57dB for a quiet clean. Other features include a Zero-Tangling Floating Roller Brush, Anti-Tangle Side Brush and an EdgeReach Mop Extension combined with EdgeSwing Technology for reaching tight corners and baseboards.
Furthermore, the vacuum cleaner’s self-cleaning dock goes further, drying its dust bin, auto-emptying after runs, and warming mops at 40-45°C to prevent odoor and bacteria buildup.
With a 5,200 mAh battery, the X10 Pro can work up to 219 minutes on a single charge. Other features include dual water tanks (5L clean / 4.75L dirty) and an IPX2 waterproof rating.
The lightweight cordless handheld Narwal S30 Wet Dry Vacuum features a powerful 20,000 Pa suction, a self-cleaning function and a display that provides real-time updates.
The Narwal S30 is equipped with a Cut & Comb De-Tangle System that eliminates hair tangles and cleans close to edges with TripleEdge Precision Technology. Also included are water cycle systems to keep the mop clean.
