Miss Saree Malaysia pageant in search of 30 online ambassadors

The Miss Saree Malaysia pageant is looking for young, articulate women to be ambassadors to promote Malaysian culture and unity.

Miss Malaysia Kebaya founder and organizer Dr. Jason Hee said the main objective of the cultural event is to continue promoting Malaysian culture and unity among the races in the country.

“This year Miss Saree Malaysia will not be holding a competition, instead we will be conducting a search to select 30 Miss Saree Malaysia ambassadors to promote the country’s rich culture heritage during the Deepavali festival. We are living in harmony because of cultural diversity and unity in the country.

“Those selected will undergo two days of training workshop to produce ambassadors who will be a role model with a balance of beauty, brains and warm-hearted.

“As for branding development strategy, companies or sponsors could appoint our ambassadors to promote their brands, and to be influencer or spokesperson as well via social media platforms, blogs and other written publications,” he said in a virtual Saree press conference on October 20, 2021.
