Merdeka festivities in full swing at Alamanda Putrajaya and Mesra Mall Kemaman

Celebrate the spirit of independence at Alamanda Shopping Centre in Putrajaya and Mesra Mall in Kemaman, Terengganu this Merdeka.

In conjunction with the country’s 68 years of independence, both malls launched a Merdeka campaign inviting shoppers to join in the celebrations with special rewards and patriotic activities designed to bring communities together for this historic occasion.

Alamanda Shopping Centre

Alamanda Shopping Centre marks the nation’s 68th year of independence with a Merdeka campaign until September 1, 2025. The mall is decked out in Jalur Gemilang flags, offering a festive shopping experience and exclusive rewards for visitors.

  • Merdeka Rewards: Shoppers who spend RM500 and above in two receipts at any specialty stores will receive the limited-edition 68th Merdeka T-shirt.
  • High Spenders Rewards: Those who spend RM1,500 and above in two receipts at any specialty stores will receive the limited-edition 68th Merdeka T-shirt and an RM50 Alamanda Shopping e-Voucher.

Mesra Mall

Mesra Mall is hosting its Merdeka campaign until September 8, 2025, featuring a patriotic Merdeka-themed photo setup and vibrant displays of Jalur Gemilang flags throughout the mall.

  • Shoppers Rewards Programme: The first 500 shoppers who spend RM350 and above in two receipts at any specialty store can redeem a limited-edition Mesra Merdeka 2025 T-shirt.
  • National Day Giveaway: On August 31, 2025, the first 100 shoppers at the Concierge Counter at 2:00pm will receive a Malaysia flag car sticker.
