Marsha Nazri, 23, a freelance model from Perak and Farhan Nordin, 25, an AirAsia cabin crew from Johor, will be representing Malaysia and competing in the Miss & Mr Celebrity International 2024 pageant in Vietnam scheduled for April 2024.
The dynamic duo was unveiled at a press conference held at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre on Dec 16, 2023.
The highlight of the press conference was the ceremony for the coronation of Marsha and Farhan as Miss Celebrity Malaysia 2024 and Mr Celebrity Malaysia 2024 respectively.
The ceremony, symbolizing the official commencement of their journey as representative of beauty, poise and advocacy, was a momentous occasion that captured the essence of Miss & Mister Celebrity International.
Lennard Tan, the founder of Miss & Mister Celebrity International Pageant said Marsha and Farhan were selected to embody the spirit and values of Miss & Mister Celebrity International 2024.
“We are thrilled to have Marsha and Farhan represent Malaysia on the global stage. They embody the ideals of our pageant – intelligence, beauty and a commitment to making a positive impact.
“They are ready to showcase Malaysia’s diverse talent, beauty and potential to the world. We are confident that they will make Malaysia proud,” he said.
Being chosen as the Miss and Mr Celebrity Malaysia 2024 have made Marsha and Farhan feel even more honoured as they were recently crowned as ‘Puteri Delima’ and ‘Hero Malaysia’ respectively at the “Pencarian Puteri dan Hero Malaysia 2023” competition organized by Ratu Wanita Malaya Resources (RWM).
Ratu Wanita Malaya national director Mohd Firdaus Abd Razak said, “We believe in their ability to inspire and bring about positive change. Their journey will undoubtedly contribute to the rich tapestry of Miss & Mister Celebrity International 2024.”
Marsha and Farhan, who exuded grace and confidence during the entire press conference, expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to represent Malaysia.
“It’s a platform for advocacy and positive change. We are committed to using this opportunity to make a difference and be a voice for those who need it,” they said.
