Legoland Malaysia Resort has teamed up with Lego Ferrari to launch Asia’s first Build & Race attraction in Johor, Malaysia, opening in the fourth quarter of 2025.
According to Legoland Malaysia, the attraction blends Ferrari’s legendary motorsport heritage with Lego’s hands-on creativity, where families can build, test, and race their own Lego Ferrari cars in a never-seen-before immersive experience in the region.

“We are thrilled to announce this exciting partnership with Ferrari and to bring an Asia-first attraction to Johor and Malaysia.
“By joining the line-up of Legoland destinations worldwide that host Build & Race attraction, we are putting Malaysia on the map as part of this global story, while creating an extraordinary experience unique to the region,” said Legoland Malaysia Resort vice president CS Lim.
Ahead of the launch, Legoland Malaysia Resort is hosting a Ferrari-themed roadshow and interactive pop-up at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur from Sept 12–21, 2025, offering visitors a glimpse of the Ferrari-fuelled fun to come.
“What visitors see at Pavilion Bukit Jalil is just a taste of what’s to come, as we gear up to unveil an extraordinary experience that will ignite imaginations and bring families closer together,” added Lim.
Highlights from the interactive pop-up includes a Build & Race Zone where you can build and race your own Lego car creations; a Ferrari-themed backdrops to strike a victory pose on the winners’ podium; and a meet-and-greet with Legoland mascot Ollie dressed in racing costume. There are also Lego Ferrari set displays, games, giveaways and exclusive Legoland promotions.
The launch follows a year of expansions at Legoland Malaysia Resort, including Miniland Singapore and the world’s first Lego Flower Garden Miniland, cementing it’s position as the ultimate family holiday destination in Southeast Asia.
