Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM) has launched the Defender V8 in the Malaysian market, blending modern performance technologies, luxurious interior designs and thrilling powertrains to set the new benchmark for luxury SUVs in the country.
The Defender V8 is available in two variants, the Defender 110 V8 is being offered with duty-free pricing starting from RM998,000 and the Defender 130 V8 priced at RM1.198 million.
The Defender 110 V8 is powered by a 5.0L supercharged V8 engine that produces 525PS with 625Nm of torque and an acceleration of 0-100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds.
Meanwhile, the Defender 130 V8 features a 5.0L V8 engine producing 500PS and 610Nm of torque, surge forwards from 0-100 km/h in 5.7 seconds.
Both variants are engineered to provide a thrilling driving experience, whether navigating urban streets or conquering rugged terrains.

Designed for versatility, the Defender 110 V8 includes 40:20:40 heated rear seats with a split-folding design with a centre armrest, while the Defender 130 V8 features 60:40 rear seats with manual slide and recline allowing for extension of the cargo area alongside with 40:20:40 folding and third-row seats with capability of carrying 8 passengers.
