The Kuala Lumpur Warehouse Project (KLWP), a highly successful electronic dance music (EDM) festival in Kuala Lumpur is back in popular demand.
Now in its third season, KLWP 3.0 once again organised by Leo Global Link Sdn Bhd will take place on Jan 26 and 27, 2024 at KL Base Sungei Besi in Bandar Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
This third edition, the organizer is hosting the event outdoor in a bigger venue and bringing bigger international acts that aim to draw bigger crowd to the two-day festival.
Faizal Baba, the project director of KLWP spoke about the major differences between the first two editions and their latest incarnation during the press conference announcement of KLWP 3.0 at Space Plus Kuala Lumpur, Quill City Mall in Kuala Lumpur on Jan 3, 2024.
“KLWP 3.0 will not only be held outdoors, but at a larger venue to ensure a more festival-like atmosphere. We are expecting an influx of at least 10,000 revellers attending the festival over the two days,” he said.
KLWP debuted on Jan 14, 2023 at Bukit Kiara Indoor Arena and the second edition was held on Aug 26, 2023 at Mega Star Arena KL. The first edition of KLWP attracted around 4,000 visitors, while the second edition was even bigger with about 5,000 attendees.
“KLWP 3.0 will feature not one but two stages, the main stage which will feature the eight international acts and six local acts, and the supplementary Orizon stage which will feature a total of 13 local acts,” Faizal added.
Among the big-name international deejay acts in the lineup include world No.16 progressive trance duo W&W from The Netherlands, world no. 59 Swedish DJ, producer and songwriter KAAZE, Swedish deejay duo Dada Life, French techno deejay and producer Nico Moreno, Spanish techno DJ and composer Fatima Hajji, Romanian techno DJ Nusha and Russian dance music duo Zapravka who will be performing for the very first time outside of their home country.
Dutch hardstyle producer duo Sub Zero Project will be presenting their psychedelic-themed, biggest live act show, featuring a combination of four genres – Rawstyle, Uptempo, Hard Tech and Raw Kick – for the very first time in Asia at KLWP 3.0.
The other international acts and local line-up will be announced in due course.
Faizal also announced that they will be featuring the newly launched 120W laser which can project up to 5km, for the very first time in the world.
“Three of these new 120W lasers will accompany sixteen 40W and four 15W lasers to create a spectacular never seen before light show at KLWP 3.0,” he said.
Leo Global Link chief executive officer Dato’ Muthalagan said that they are taking all measures necessary to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees at the event.
“We have a very capable, knowledgeable and experienced team handling all aspects of KLWP. They have been at it for many years and have put together many successful EDM events in the past including the last two KLWP editions.”
Dato’ Muthalagan said all the necessary permits required to operate the event have been obtained from the authorities, including the police, local councils and Puspal, to avoid any hiccups.

Only a limited number of tickets for the Early Bird General Admission (GA) at RM250 and Early Bird VIP tickets at RM320 are still available.
