The ASEAN Records is a record-keeping institution that focus on recognizing achievements and accomplishments across the ASEAN region.
The launch event, held at Hilton Petaling Jaya on Dec 10, 2024, was graced by the presence of Kino Biotech Malaysia’s managing director Marcus Chong and its chief operating officer Jennifer Chin.
Chin said the the CNY Gift Packs offer a diverse range of beautifully designed options befit for differing budgets and preferences.
Each pack carries a unique name and significance, adding a touch of personalisation in expressing one’s feelings and intentions behind each gift pack.

The ceremonious event also featured an AI-generated CNY song and the joyous tradition of ‘lou sang’ on stage, symbolizing unity, prosperity and abundance.
Among the host of notable guests was renowned Hong Kong artiste and celebrity Lai Lok-yi, who captivated the audience with his culinary extravaganza.
In his cooking demonstration, Lai effortlessly transformed a simple recipe into a masterpiece by incorporating Kinohimitsu’s top of the line abalone, sharing his insights into the culinary traditions and cultural significance behind the dish.
The event further ignited a spark for the upcoming CNY festivities and programs, showcasing Kinohimitsu’s involvement in various exciting projects.

Kinohimitsu will also be featured in the CNY movie “OMG! Mom’s Big News” starring Hong Kong film and TV actress, Anita Yuen, along with its theme song performance.
Additionally, the brand will be collaborating with Chinese-language 988 radio station for CNY greetings with their announcers, as well as participating in Astro’s CNY angpao giveaway.
